Chocolate spread (not Nuttella)

The Best Chocolate Spread
I personally don’t like Nuttella (this is a euphemism), so I prefer to make my own spread. It’s a lot richer in chocolate, and a lot cheaper, especially in countries like New Caledonia where everything is imported.
- Ingredients
- Chocolate (dark, as dark as possible)
- Condensed sweetened milk (150g). The more milk you add, the sweeter, softer to spread and lighter in chocolate it will be, so it’s up to you really
- Butter (50g)
- Method
- Melt your chocolate and the butter together in a pan then stop the heat to prevent from cooking.
- Add the condensed milk and mix well.
- Pour in a jar, and leave it to cool down.
- That’s it. That’s done. There is no need to store this one in the fridge, unless you’re in the tropics.
- Spread on a nice slice of bread, which you baked yourself of course.
